I am a psychotherapist. But before that, I explored human relationships in various ways to understand the richness of humanity through what makes us unique and what connects us as human beings. I have met people and grown through the relationships I have witnessed. I have encountered the corporate environment, cultural entrepreneurship, agency life, and the non-governmental sector.
All these experiences have guided me, in one way or another, to see beyond the individual support of psychotherapy: a Greater Mission. From each of these domains, I have learned and felt how invaluable therapy can be today in an increasingly polarized world, lacking patience and with few resources for solidarity.
I genuinely believe that therapy fosters critical thinking and non-judgment. It inspires trust in new ways of living. It offers hope. It cultivates resilience and non-confrontational relationships. It is a genuine source of mutual support and an essential tool for a more empathetic and tolerant society. To me, an emotionally healthy society is one where people are happier, more productive, and more connected to one another.
I gratefully acknowledge that my past experiences have profoundly helped me to understand people and their needs.
I have always been passionate about interacting with a diverse range of individuals, understanding their unique experiences, and thus observing how life is structured differently for each of us based on the contexts we live in.
In short, people evolve differently in different environments. This is why, above all, I have sought to closely understand a wide variety of human categories. This practice has been incredibly valuable, providing me with the opportunity to break free from stereotypes and prejudices.
I have lived in various places, played different roles, and experienced diverse environments myself. I have learned how these social contexts can transform me. Only after developing a certain maturity and cultural sensitivity did I return to my career in psychotherapy. In other words, after acquiring life experience in other 'cultures.'
I am grateful that, through experiencing so much, I have returned to my academic education - the foundation that has always shaped me. After delving deeper into the human mind and psychological issues, I continued my professional development in psychotherapeutic schools of thought - focusing on relational, individual, and clinical orientations.
