Permanent changes

Experiences pass. The important thing is to use them to grow and develop. I'll provide you with the tools, analysis, and support you need to grow and thrive. These things take time, but they will help you, step by step, to develop emotional management skills and behaviours that will stay with you. Every time.

Equal power

You are the only expert in your own life. As a psychotherapist, I'm here to support you. Especially when change is difficult and, as we know, can disrupt your usual stability and comfort. But in a solid, safe space, based on mutual respect, we can find stability in difficult moments. All of this, of course, through your active and persistent engagement.

Vision focused on how we live from now on

We can understand the past, but we cannot change it. Together we will find the solutions that work for you. Solutions tuned to your life, to what is happening here and now. They can help you learn to make new choices, better choices, without wavering between a past of regret and a future of despair.

Clear contracts

We agree therapeutic goals. This gives you and me clarity in the process and the reassurance that each session is a growing point in the agreed intervention plan. I want you to know that the road to fulfilment is sometimes paved with many hours of therapy. In order not to waste them, I try to pay particular attention to analysis and to setting specific and achievable goals.

Although the focus of therapy is on personal growth, I pay close attention to a key ethical principle - that we try to ensure that individual happiness does not compromise the collective good. Similarly, although change often starts with us, some problems are beyond individual control. Through therapy we build ourselves as individuals, without excluding our responsibility to make our contribution to the world.
